Yes, the city country. My question is Why cant we take it as a starting country?

I mean, I joked with a fellow player (cause of my limited memory i cant remember the nick xD) that I didnt install the new super zoom patch. But the region of Luxemburg is and always will be the desire of low income games.

I really dont know how u could tell us to get it, but just install a smal improvent so we can get it. So we fulfil our dream.

Um, you can take it as one. Click on the empty space next to the capital city. Or click on the capital city, then the name that is highlighted, which will bring up the purchase menu. This has been asked and answered. Search is your friend.
