Okay, we have enough coalitions! Here's the live score table. Just a note: you can play any cln regardless of rounds. Feel free to play a match from round 1 or round 5 or whatever. Post here in this thread and I'll update it!



Hello gentlemen. Pretty simple coalition tournament to test out a possible league system. It will be split into two phases: a round robin where everyone fights everyone once, then the finals. Think world cup. Rules:

Training/Master coalitions can only apply once

Coalitions that share a member can only apply once

Tournament starts as soon as 8 coalitions sign up

Tie breaker score will be the sum of points of every coalition your team has won against

CWs only

Deadline to play all games: July 1st 20h UTC.

thats a great idea but i have a problem with that point:

Tie breaker score will be the sum of points of every coalition your team has won against

This means, that teams with high Competence (like Dalmati) have a big disadvantage against Teams with low Competence.
I would prefer a score, based on a mix of survived players and the SP of all players.
For Example:
All survived players get one point and the 3 best players of the game get one point too.

It's just a Tie Breaker to decide which team moves on to the finals.

For instance, if Bite Me and Dalmati both have 6 points (2 wins), and BiteMe fought Stalins and Delta Force (let's say 3 points and 0 points) and Dalmati fought Stalins and Avengers (3 and 3), then Dalmati would be in front. Survived players would hamper strategies that involve one teammate sacrificing himself while the other two carry. Using SP would motivate high skilled teams to prolong their games against low skilled players to get more SP.

If two teams got the same amount of points they should simply play each other to decide
a winner.

you can play it in the order you want to.
at the end just all games needed to be played

Awesome. You don't have to play them in order though, feel free to play against any other signed up cln.

This is supposed to be a test league, to see if it works in AW. If it were official, it wasn't going to ask if the CW is for the tournament or not, it would just count it and every CW after that against that cln wouldn't.

Wallglitch has become one of the biggst excuses for losing a game. And to be honest, aw community is starting to get so self-centered.. Just accept the defeat.

Speaking of which. I apologize for MB not playing a match yet. Finals week at college for me this week, Primal had Finals last week, and SU has been working his rear off. But as soon as we get through Monday, we should pick back up to CWing frequently like Syndicate did. Cheers!

Hi Chess, no, the deadline for the games was 1st of july. I still need to get around to adding the final results and delivering the trophies.

The start date was April 22nd and the end date was July 1st. The games that count are the first ones between the coalitions involved.
