FIXED: Showing limited units in all countries

When you limit a unit to special countries it still appear as an available unit in all countries but without the + _ signs.

I think no need to show them in cities that u can't build them, like sea transports don't appear in non-port cities.

Yes1 I was going to ask this then I thought it might be difficult as units require a certain place to be able to be chosen, but then I realized we have quite alot of units we cnat build that aren't there.
