Add command /refresh

Currently, we have the commands /help, /afk, and ?? I don't know.

It would be cool if this game was more like Minecraft and we could have some kind of really awesome set of commands. /refresh would be nice so that way I just have to use my keyboard and I don't need my mouse to click the refresh button. But not just for refresh and afk, it would be great to have special moves like the "swing attack" command or something that you could unlock, that would give your general the ability to do something.
