Is this rewall or not?

Short description:
I capped London. My stack got walled in with 3 unit wall (wf was bugged and didn't work, but it doesn't matter now).
Next turn 3 unit wall is removed and this bigwall was made.

Is it considered as rewall or not? I don't have clear answer on it, so place your opinions

The new units were literally on the path of prevouis triangle wall units. I don't know what makes such difference between this and actual units swap.
The outcome is totally same...

I myself 10/10 times i would consider this a rewall

Not a rewall and rewalls shouldn't be called rewalls they should be called moving units like a normal player

The units of the new wall should be at least one city away from the walled city in my opinion.
Maybe like this: (For London, Berlin and Ankara)

Rewall, your attack to break the city wall didnt go through because he removed the first wall. What if he now removes the big wall and makes another wall, chances are that city remains walled. Definitly rewall.

It looks like a rewall but the guy forgot how to wall.

I believe if you pick the right 3 units from that "bigwall" they will form a wall on their own.

That is because he is a dirty dog.

imo if i was your opponent i would take pity on you and give you credit for having enough units to actually make the big wall... which would count as NOT being a rewall... and would have the same effect on your opponent.
Its also very hard to make a big wall around London...

imo you get a pass on this one.
Voted no bcs you'll get too much heat from everyone else

big wall is more about distance from existing 3 man wall. If your big wall is too small and the 3man is wf'ed then it should be broken if too small... for me this is a minimum of 6 units in a pentagon shape, or 7 in a hex (safer)
Croat made a wall with 7 units above which is why I'd let this one slide... Lion will recycle units from a big wall to a small wall and vice versa... he does it in his yt vids... thats a perfectly legit thing to do and it seems like what croat was trying to do here. The issue arises when you then make another 3 man wall inside... that would be a rewall
