Changing the range for a unit in a scenario

It would be cool to change a range of a unit in a scenario espiecally for small maps. Like Im doing the Spanish Armada and the at the moment a sea transport can get to Uk in the first turn :S

It would be really really cooL!

Cold War scenarios = 20 turns of absolutely nothing before real conflict begins. Transport range needs boosted there.
