• Clanmates are loyal to the coalition. They do not back-stab the coalition by talking bad about it or its members. Critique is expressed internally and not used to defame.
  
• Clanmates do not report other clanmates. Any rule violations by Element members, if considered substantive, are reported internally to the leaders and/or officers. They will report the results to external authorities, depending on the conclusions of the internal discussions. Element does not support the breaking of rules, which does not mean that we drop our internal solidarity in any case of violations.
  
• Clanmates do not make public internal discussions. The subjects presented, discussed and revealed in the Element forums are not revealed to non-Element-members. It is classified information.

• Clanmates feel respect. They respect diversity and promote the difference among players and their very particular preferences.
  
• Clanmates show respect. They use an adequate language to address other players and coalition members, abdicating from insults and harassment. This does not mean that rude language is necessarily misplaced; different situations require different tones, but always respecting the "other".

• Clanmates do not back-stab, wall-fugg or ally-fagg. Element members prefer to die on their feet, than to live on their knees.

• Element clanmates enjoy playing AW. They recognize that the main objective to be around the AW community is to have fun!
