Sending duel in 1 turn

Duel in 1 turn is disable because all start in peace,but it should be enabled to can send duel in 1 turn

I agree with avatar, I have entered games with players that wanted to duel, but when they saw my first turn expansion they just refusse to accept the duel and left ....

Good thread, I agree 100% , People get scared after the first turn expansion and then won't duel.

Dueling should be enabled at the start
