Elo point

Hi .. i don't understand why atwar have removed all my ELO points? I've never been banned or anything ... so why
I was playing a duel and then the duel was canceled, I go to my profile and I see that I have no more points..general or in season .. why ?????
I was playing against Guest41083 which I now see does not exist on the platform. How is it possible? who explains to me what happened?

It was a bug, not a mod action. And it was fixed.
