Random no go zones in world map

Title says it all sometimes there are no go zones in world map(whole/europe),and it is really frustating.

Uhm. Those zones are in rarely-accessed areas.

meaning?

I have the same problem in my map.. Only planes can fly over them.. Its random but mainly in the oceans but I never placed them there. I know it recently happened because My backup map from 1 week ago doesn't have it
