United Nations Game (C&C)

Well i will start back to fix problms in the UN game i will start with south america and then make russia little stronger in eu pl update me when nations get new leaders so i can switch them with old nations sorry i stop working on it i been a bit busy but now have alot free time now we will continue to make this the most popular senario



Pls dont add new sujestions add things that need to be fix for now thanks :-)

lol, you should boost the income of eastern europe, i get tired of killing russia by turn 5, and everyone declaring war on me, but i have no money.

True story you can kill Russia by turn 5 but try using gw you won't go broke at-least 12 turns if you play it right.

Add a new rule: People who don't fight for 20 turns get declared ROGUE. This will reduce the amount of noobs, hopefully.

The UN rules need to be written somewhere, because sometimes UN's make up there own rules.

BTW for some reason one of Ukraine's port cities is somehow moved to Romania that needs to be fixed.

Awesome now we have actual written rules, btw have you fixed that Ukrainian city yet?

RULES OF THE UN GAME

1 oil field on water is free game
2 oil fields a countries land belong to that country
3must declare war on a nation in game chat in caps with a reason an wait for un acpt or decline
4 swiss bank will auction land or un will split it evenly between the nations of that region
5 nations can not enter a nother nations air space or land. nations can declare war for this reason un cant deline the war!!!
6 allies can support other allies by defending their land giving money but they cant help invade
7 if a nation make a threat to a nother nation that is a reason to declare war un cant decline the war
8 un can not cancel international wars. Ex usa declare war iran for some reason so iran allies back up iran and usa allies back up usa un can not decline these wars
9 the international community can veto things like if un declare a nation rouge or if un acpt an unjust war or to declare un rouge it takes 15 out of 20 to over turn a un
10 the un can not take nation nukes unless that nation has use a nuke with out the un saying so
11 the un can not stop ww3 :-)

Rule 2 has no logic. Oil should be free ANYWHERE! It's like capturing/building bases. Iran could keep India in check if he takes Toots field. FRCA could defend from US if he can take Texan fields. Magic, improve your logic!

But I approve of some other rules. But Swiss is useless. Remove it!

Magic. Remove rule 2. If you want poor countries to have fields, then make them actually PART of that country, don't make it neutral, unless its free game.

If you ignore this, you're a coward. But I will forgive you if you change rule 2.

I think a good fix for rule 2 would be
"2: Neutral oil fields on land can be taken by other countries, however it can be a reason for war.

Remove Swiss. Make it 19 player max so it can fill up faster.

Yeah, right now swiss has no real purpose othern than to give players money.
The UNs usually don't let swiss buy or take land.

I think that maybe the swiss should have banks around the world and have the right to take lands until a loan is repayed.
Since it is a bank and shouldn't be giving money for free.

reduce the attack of peacekeepers by 4
they have higher attack than infantry, and are cheaper.
they are "peacekeepers" they should have no attack at all.

Stealth Nukes should cost more than normal nukes.

Increase the range of submarines by 3.

Remove 1 unit for all the UN cities. [they are too strong]

Not really a complaint, but USAN is actually called UNASUR in Spanish.

Kaascity broke rule 1 and rule 4. Make him a ''disapproved UN'' so people will be careful.

1. Nations must declare war on each other in caps in game chat with a reason, and must wait for the UN to accept or decline. The UN cannot decline certain reasons for war.
2. Neutral territory will be auctioned by the Swiss bank or UN will split it evenly between the nations of the region.
3. Oil fields are free game everywhere; however, if a nation takes another nation's oil field it's a legitimate reason of war.
4. Nations cannot enter another nation's airspace or land without permission. Trespassing is a legitimate reason for war.
5. Nations can support their allies by helping to defend land or by giving money, but they cannot help invade without UN permission.
6. The UN cannot cancel international wars. Example: If USA declares an approved war on Iran, and other nations back up their respective allies, the UN cannot decline these wars.
7. Threats are a legitimate reason for war.
8. The UN cannot take nuke silos unless the nation has been firing nukes without authorisation.
9. The International community can veto UN declarations or declare a UN rogue with 3/4 majority, rounded down.
10. UN can't stop World War III :-)

Fixed the rules because they're kinda hard to read. Also moved them around, as the rules on accepting/declining wars take precedence over rules about legit reasons for war.

Also, I highly suggest adding something about declaring a nation rogue.

I've got a few ideas for UN:
1. Take out Swiss as it does nothing
2. Add Taliban in (like do you know in 7 Years war, those american tribes, exactly like that). Make them strong as people will have excuse to war them
3. If you can, underground caves in seas and oceans, which can transport troops.

I'll try and think of more.

Give back AU. merge Arabs with Axis and call it MEU!
