Map Editor: Pagination Change (Page navigation)

Hi,

Here's a suggestion related to the pagination of pages when you have a list of cities, countries or units in the map editor...

Instead of having the page navigation at the bottom of the list, where you need to scroll all the way down the list in order to access the page number and navigation...

Why not having it at the top of the page above the columns name or, on the title bar window where you can either minimize or X out of the page.

Simply add 2 more buttons [<] [>] for the navigation??
