Having a hard time accepting defeat

So. I can't lose a game without losing my self control and sending the player that defeated me to hell and other disgusting places. Solutions for that?

Keep thinking it's a game and not real life and that your armies are magically disposable and in the next world game ready to slaughter your foes and help carve your ego in the annals of history as the mightiest empire that has ever been created in the world using Madagascar.

If you got backstabbed, then it's a perfectly legitimate reason to rage.

It's only a game. Try playing smaller faster maps, or playing with some friends.

Well, if you take defeat as something personal, sure you will get emotional. Never view any defeat as personal, but as a learning experience. Pretend its like asking out women, don't let their rejections get to you, and just keep improving yourself.
