You need to uninstall your current version, then download new one and reinstall.

What is the new process for restarting the server (to load modifications to our maps)? Do we PM a mod? Do we PM an admin? Or will there be a predefined reload schedule (eg. every 2 days)?

At the moment it is still manual and admin-only function. So you can use the contact form or PM me or Ivan for the time being and we will reload the maps / scenarios. We will try to reload them anyhow once a day, though. Good news is it will be automated soon.
