Some mods (I think you know who) do whatever they want in other people banlist, like for instance they add or remove people from ignore list without any permission. And nobody can tell who was the mod that did it.
To minimize it or even stop it completely, please add monitoring system that whenever a mod enters another player banlist it logs when he entered, and if he changed something, it should be displayed only to the player who is affected and to the mods.

Ideally all mods actions should'be logged (At least, internally). Support!

Totally support this, not only will this help me be aware when something has been changed, but it will also save the mod time from having to add text to my banlist reason.

Support, it should be recorded in the moderations logs for that player but the player themselves dont need to see it. No mod should be altering the player's banlist unless they are not using it in accordance with the banlist rules.
