ok, lets look at the uk of the 60-90 year olds then.

a glorious uk that defeated hitler, controled half the world and had a huge economic growth because they were catching up with the US after all the destruction of WW2. wich one of these things that made britain seem great could still be nowadays? a colonial empire? killing hitler again? starting a big war to be able to catch up on economic growth later?

also, no wonder that old people belive, life nowadays wasnt better than it used to be, they probably only survived to their age because of modern medical technology, but fuck that, amiright? phones, modern computers, overall advance in technology is something old people in general ignore entirely.

look, a mans prime starts once he hits maturity and lasts until his mid thirties, do you really believe, that alzheimer patients in their nineties are the best political experts?

my granpa is way better than yours

ofcourse they want to have interaction with techlonogy they jjust need one to guide them, trust me if you were in their situation you would want to learn and exprienience as much as you could, instead they are sticking to their way of life and being bitter.
