Viewing maps

Why isn't it possible for non-premium players to view maps?
am aware only premium can promote them but again why can't all see them?

this question has been moved but no attempt to answer.
is it a tad tricky to instigate or do none know the answer ?

Are you getting a Error Loading Path? Everyone is getting that.
